How do I submit my timesheet?
You may visit your candidate portal by clicking here. You should also have an email from Talent Support in your inbox with instructions on how to enter your time. Please note, if you are a non-exempt employee, you must log all lunch breaks.
Who can I talk to if I can’t reach my recruiter?

When will I receive my first paycheck?
Typically, you would receive a direct deposit on the Friday following the week you submitted your hours.
For example: You start on Monday. You submit your hours on Friday close of business. Your first payment should be sent out as a direct deposit on the Friday of your second week.

Where can I view my paystubs?
Paystubs can be viewed in your Avionte Portal. If you have issues logging in, please email talentsupport@elevenrecruiting.com to have your password reset.
When am I eligible for benefits? And who do I reach out to if I have questions?
If you are a W2 consultant, you will be eligible the 1st of the month after completing 30 days. If you have any questions/concerns, please reach out to talentsupport@elevenrecruiting.com.
When will I be eligible for 401k and do you match?
If you are a W2 consultant, you are automatically enrolled for a 2% contribution after 90 days of employment. If you would like to change your contributions, you must create an online account with Vestwell and update it there. Eleven Recruiting does not contribute to your 401k at this time.

How and when will I receive my W2?
W2’s are mailed out by January 31st and will be available to download in your paystub portal.

Do I qualify for sick leave?
Eleven Recruiting follows all federal and state laws for sick time. Please contact talentsupport@elevenrecruiting.com or view your paystub for sick time balance.
